Your help is needed!! The Lubbock Area Foundation is partnering with the Aspen Institute and the Center for Rural Entrepreneurship to develop a Community Needs and Opportunities Report that includes the ideas and perceptions of people who live in the South Plains Region and also focuses on a range of economic, social and other indicators critical to the vitality of our communities.
A community survey is now online at http://aspencsg.org/survey/texas/.
There is a very short amount of time to get as much feedback as possible from the people who live in this region so that they can develop a true picture of the towns and counties they serve. They need to know what people from every walk of life think. Please take a moment to take the survey and ask your friends, coworkers and family to do the same. This information will be anonymous.
This project will help them look at what’s going on in the community, talk about what’s great, what needs attention and what our priorities may be to make things better. This is especially important for planning the future and pursuing efforts to bring in additional resources from generous donors and other funding sources.
